Hip hop icon, Tupac Shsakur has been nominated for entry into the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall Fame
The list, which was released today with 19 nominees, will see the late rapper who was killed in Las Vegas, Nevada in september 1996, battle out Jenet Jackson, Pearl Jam, Joad Baez, Depeche Mode, Chaka khan ,Electric Light Orchestra, Jane's Addiction, J. Geils Band, Journey, The Cars , Yes, The Zombies, The Bad Brains, steppenwolf,MC5, Kraftwerk,Joe Tex and Chic for the induction.
