Once again, Five Star music act, Kcee has said his announcement to run for the Governorship seat in Anambra State is not a 'joke'.

Kcee was recently cornered for an interview with HipTV where he said, 'my campaign manager has said I should speak much about it, but trust me it is not a joke. The youth have to speak up'.
